These are draft terms for the Sell Signal Miami-Dade pilot program. The pilot is currently open to a limited number of licensed real estate agents operating in Miami-Dade County, FL. Participants agree to use the platform solely for lawful seller-acquisition activities consistent with Florida real estate regulations and the NAR Code of Ethics. Final terms of service are under legal and compliance review and will be published before the full public launch.
