Terms of Service

These are draft terms for the Sell Signal platform. Sell Signal sells qualified seller leads to licensed real estate agents and to real estate investors. Account holders agree to use the platform solely for lawful acquisition activities consistent with applicable real estate regulations and, for licensed agents, the NAR Code of Ethics. Final terms of service are under legal and compliance review and will be published before the full public launch. SMS text messaging program terms

By providing your mobile number to Sell Signal, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us about your account and lead delivery, as described in our SMS Opt-In & Consent disclosure. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Leads & per-lead pricing

A Sell Signal lead is a data product: a one-time fee unlocks the property record, the owner's contact information, and the qualification details we have gathered, as-is. Leads are priced individually, from $30 to $80, by a quality score Sell Signal assigns at the time of listing, and prices may vary between leads and change at any time. A lead's price is shown before purchase; completing a purchase constitutes agreement to that price. Leads do not include a booked appointment or any promise of a transaction, and carry no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or outcome beyond the lead quality guarantee below. Purchasers are solely responsible for their own outreach and for complying with all applicable laws — including telemarketing, do-not-call, and text-messaging regulations — when contacting owners.

Credits & minimum deposit

Leads are purchased with prepaid Sell Signal credits (1 credit = $1). Credits are loaded in packs starting at $500; larger packs may include bonus credits. Credits never expire, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Card charges occur only when loading a credit pack — never per lead.

Lead exclusivity — per audience

Sell Signal offers each lead to two audiences: licensed real estate agents and real estate investors. Within each audience a lead is offered for purchase by one account: once an agent purchases a lead it is removed from the agent marketplace and not resold to other agent accounts, and once an investor purchases a lead it is removed from the investor marketplace and not resold to other investor accounts. A single lead may therefore be held by at most one agent account and one investor account at the same time. This exclusivity applies only within the Sell Signal platform — it does not restrict the property owner, who remains free to speak with anyone.

Lead quality guarantee

A purchased lead is eligible for a refund — issued as account credits equal to the lead's purchase price — when, within 14 days of unlock, you report that: the phone number is dead or disconnected; the owner could not be reached after at least 5 contact attempts spread across at least 5 different days; the contact is not the property owner; the home has already been sold; the home is already listed with an agent; or the lead duplicates a property you already purchased from us. Unanswered calls or messages alone — without the sustained outreach described above — do not qualify. Reports are reviewed by our team; approved refunds are issued as account credits, not cash.

Payments & account credits

All fees paid to Sell Signal — including credit-pack purchases — are final and non-refundable, except as provided by the lead quality guarantee above or where a refund is required by applicable law. Account credits of every kind — lead quality guarantee credits, referral credits, prepaid credits (including any bonus credits included with a credit pack), and any promotional credit — exist only inside the Sell Signal platform: they have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash or any other consideration, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are forfeited when an account closes or is terminated. Credits may only be applied toward the platform fees they were issued for and are not a stored-value account, deposit, or money-transmission product. Purchasing credits does not reserve, guarantee, or entitle you to any particular lead, lead volume, or lead quality. Sell Signal may change credit-pack pricing, contents, and per-lead pricing at any time; changes do not affect credits already on your account. Promotional allowances (for example, free introductory leads) are offered at Sell Signal's discretion and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at any time. Where these terms provide a remedy (for example, the lead quality guarantee), that remedy is provided exclusively as account credit applied to future fees — never as a cash refund. If a credit purchase is reversed through your card issuer (chargeback or refund), the corresponding credits — and any leads unlocked with them — may be revoked and the account suspended.

Account profile information

Account holders provide profile information during setup — including name, company or brokerage, license details where applicable, contact information, and an optional professional headshot. By providing this information, you grant Sell Signal the right to store and host it and, where a feature calls for it, to share it with property owners in connection with introducing you — for example, telling a seller the name and company of the buyer who unlocked their lead. Headshots are reviewed by Sell Signal before first use and may be rejected or removed at our discretion. You represent that the information and photo you provide are accurate, current, and yours to share. You may request removal of your photo or profile details at any time by emailing hello@sellsignal.co; removal may limit features that depend on them.
