You provide your express consent to receive SMS text messages from Sell Signal when you give us your mobile number and agree to these terms — for example, by submitting our account request form, creating an account, or replying to a message we send you. Providing your number is voluntary, and consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of using our service.
What messages you'll receive
Agents and investors receive notifications about their account and when new qualified seller leads are available in their markets. Homeowners receive messages from our team to confirm their information and selling plans. Messages are conversational and account-related — we do not send unrelated promotional blasts.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Sell Signal does not charge you for text messages.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, reply START.
