Privacy Policy

This is a draft privacy policy for the Sell Signal platform. We collect the information you provide when requesting an account — name, email, phone, company or brokerage, and target counties — solely to set up and operate your account. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information submitted through the account form is stored securely and used only to contact you about your account and service updates. A full privacy policy covering data retention, deletion rights, and CCPA/GDPR obligations is under legal and compliance review and will be published before the full public launch.

Buyer accounts. If you hold a Sell Signal account, we also collect and store the profile information you provide during setup — name, company or brokerage, real estate license details where applicable, contact information, and an optional professional headshot (hosted with our cloud storage provider). We use this information to operate the service, including — where a feature calls for it — telling a property owner the name and company of the buyer who unlocked their lead. Headshots are reviewed before first use. You can request removal of your photo or profile details at any time at hello@sellsignal.co.

SMS & mobile information

If you provide a mobile number, we may send SMS text messages about your account and lead delivery, as described in our SMS Opt-In & Consent disclosure. No mobile information — including your phone number, opt-in data, and consent — will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
